Adèle LeBlanc
Originally from Canada, Adèle LeBlanc will complete the Master of Music in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the Southern Methodist University (Meadows School of the Arts), in Dallas, Texas in May, 2025. She is currently studying wit Dr. Catharine Lysinger at S.M.U. She completed her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick, Canada under the guidance of Dr. Roger Lord and Dr. Carl Philippe Gionet. Since 2016, she has participated in several regional, provincial and national music festivals. Adèle attended workshops at the Orford Music Academy, Musique sur mer en Acadie. She also took part in COSA Canada: Summer Vocal Intensive and Barachois Summer Music Academy as a collaborative pianist. In January 2023, she accompanied the Opera Workshop of l’Université de Moncton in the stage production of the opera “Too Many Sopranos” by Edwin Penhorwood. In 2024, Adèle participated in the “Rachmaninoff, His Friends and Contemporaries” Online Event as well as the SMU Stretto Concert, both presented by the International Stretto Piano Festival. Adèle is a teaching fellow for Class Piano for college students (music majors and non-majors) at SMU. She also teaches private lessons and group classes with the Piano Preparatory Program at SMU.
