A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $55 per student. The fee is charged to your credit card on file or included with your May invoice for check clients. All existing families will be charged the enrollment fee in May. Registration form and enrollment fee must be turned into the front office before a new student begins lessons.
The school term runs from June 1, 2019 -May 31, 2020. School holidays will include one week for Thanksgiving, two weeks for winter holidays, two weeks for summer holiday, and one week for Spring Break. Teachers are allowed a week of personal leave taken between August 5, 2019, and May 21, 2020. Each student will receive 46 lessons per year which includes 8 lessons during the summer term.
Tuition is PREPAID FOR EACH MONTH by credit card or check. Invoices are emailed monthly to check clients.
All credit card clients will be charged monthly tuition by the 2nd of each month. All tuition is due by the 2nd of each month or semester. The year’s tuition is divided into 12 equal payments. While the number of lessons varies from month to month, the monthly tuition remains unchanged. A $30 late fee will be assessed for declined credit cards not corrected by the 10th of each month. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks. No lessons will be allowed until tuition and late fees are paid. If an account is not paid in full after one month, the family will be notified and automatically dropped from school’s enrollment.
Two makeup lessons per year will be given with a 24-hour notice of absence. If you need a makeup lesson, it must be completed by the end of a semester. Makeup lessons may be held during the last week of each semester. Makeups can also be held on Skype or Facetime as well in a masterclass format. Private lesson makeups are held at teacher’s discretion. Makeups are not carried over to the next year.
We are a year-round school with lessons continuing all year. Students are required to take EIGHT LESSONS between June 3 and July 28 with flexible scheduling to work around vacations and camps. Families who will be gone all summer need to fill out a Summer Withdrawal Form at front desk. Billing continues all summer.
Registration is for the entire year beginning June 1, 2019 – May 31, 2020. Students who withdraw will not be refunded for lessons remaining in the month that they withdraw. They will have the opportunity to attend the lessons for which they have paid. Withdrawal forms are available at the front desk. A 5% processing fee is charged for refunds after a late notice of withdrawal.
The waiting areas are provided for your enjoyment, but quiet needs to be maintained in these areas so as not to disturb ongoing lessons. No food or drinks are permitted in the school.
CHILDREN UNDER 12
Due to facility leasing company policy, no children under the age of 12 will be allowed alone outside the school. Parents need to enter the school to bring and pick up their children.
